Shipping costs will not be refunded unless GI ProHealth is found to be at fault.
Our 100% guarantee does NOT cover a persons reaction to any of our products. This only applies to product defects in which GI ProHealth is at fault. Please understand that because people with gastrointestinal issues can react negatively to many types of supplements as well as foods we can not be responsible for a persons reaction to any of our products. We will send an envelope with a return label for all products in which a refund is given. The refund will not be issued until the product is received by GI ProHealth.
All incomplete or orders missing products must be reported to GI ProHealth within 14 days from the first shipment date. GI ProHealth will not issue credits or refunds on missing items after the 14 days have lapsed.
Once given a return number from GI ProHealth the Customer may ship the product to the address below. Do NOT ship any products back to GI ProHealth unless you have been issued a return number. In all cases when products are allowed for return GI ProHealth will send a return label to the customer.
