US Shipping Policy
Please note that GI ProHealth can not be responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
We only ship probiotics on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This is to try and ensure it arrives in a timely manner and does not sit in a shipping facility over the weekend. If you are concerned with this issue then please place your order between Friday and Monday at 1 P.M. EST so that your Probiotic ships out on a Monday. All orders are shipped Via US Postal Priority Mail to arrive at your door in 2 to 3 days unless other shipping arraignments are made (although this is not guaranteed and does not include Sundays and USPS holidays). We also offer a styrofoam cooler with a larger ice pack for an extra fee and we recommend this method during the hot summer months. USPS Express, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd day air and UPS Overnight shipping are also available upon request. UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays. Please email info@giprohealth.com for any special shipping arraignments. Probiotic orders should be shipped with ice packs unless specified during the Winter months (if it is cold where it is being shipped to). Vitamins and Supplement orders are shipped Monday thru Thursday and does not include any ice packs or insulated carton.GI ProHealth does NOT ship anything other then probiotics with ice. Vitamins and supplements are NOT shipped with ice even if ice option is chosen. GI ProHealth will not be responsible for delays in shipping due to Shipping Carrier errors or accidents. Please understand this is something that is out of our control.
NOTE: During the Summer months and summer temperatures, it make it nearly impossible to ship orders to arrive cool at your door unless UPS Overnight shipping is used. If a product arrives warm, put it in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives. The ice packs usually last for the first 2 days so a product gets minimal exposure to warmer temperatures. The warm temperature will NOT harm probiotics as long as it is not for long periods of time. (more then 4 to 5 days @ 100F)
IMPORTANT : All incomplete orders or orders that are missing items must be reported to GI ProHealth within 14 Days of first Shipping Date. No Refunds or Credits will be given for items reported once the 14 days have lapsed. GI ProHealth will ship any missing items to the customer at no cost.

Canada Shipping Policy
All probiotic orders shipped on Monday's only. This is to ensure it arrives in a timely manner and does not sit in a shipping facility over the weekend. Probiotic orders received on Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday. GI ProHealth will not be responsible for orders delayed by Customs procedures or any delays caused by the Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. GI ProHealth will not be responsible for any orders once they have been marked as delivered by the Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. Canada orders are shipped via USPS unless other arraignments are made. All Express orders should arrive at your door within 5 business days. Delivery to some areas could be as long as 7 - 10 days. Shipping via Fed Ex or UPS can be arraigned but the cost will be much greater. It is the duties of the Customer to check with local Customs on which products are allowed. All taxes and/or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are no returns on any products unless GI ProHealth is at fault. The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Shipping and Handling costs are non refundable unless GI ProHealth is at fault. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. NO refunds will be given for products over the 30 days from the purchase date. NO Refunds or Returns on any used or open products. Expiration Dates and Lot numbers of returned products must be current. If a customer choose' to get a replacement for a product then there will be no refunds once a replacement has been given. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Customer will be charged for any products not returned. Our 100% guarantee does NOT cover a persons reaction to any of our products. This only applies to product defects in which GI ProHealth is at fault. Please understand that because people with gastrointestinal issues can react negatively to many types of supplements as well as foods we can not be responsible for a persons reaction to any of our products.
