GI ProHealth shipping policy
 
 We ship to all European countries the US and Canada
 
US Shipping Policy
 
Please note that GI ProHealth can not be responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
 We only ship probiotics on Monday Tuesday, Wednesday  and Thursday. All orders are shipped Via US Postal Priority Mail  to arrive at your door in 2 to 3 days unless other shipping arraignments are made.  USPS Express, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd day air and UPS Overnight shipping also available upon request. UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays. Please e mail info@giprohealth.com for any special shipping arrangements. Probiotics orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. This is to ensure it arrives in a timely manner and does not sit in a shipping facility over the weekend.  Probiotic orders shipped with ice packs in an insulated carton unless during Fall and Winter months other shipping options are chosen without ice. Vitamin and Supplement orders are shipped Monday thru Thursday and does not include any ice packs or insulated carton.GI ProHealth does NOT ship anything other then probiotics with ice. Vitamins and supplements are NOT shipped with ice even if ice option is chosen. GI ProHealth will not be responsible for delays in shipping due to Shipping Carrier errors or accidents. Please understand this is something that is out of our control. 
 
NOTE: During the summer months extra ice packs are added to try and keep probiotics as cool as possible on its way to your door. Summer months make it  nearly impossible to ship orders to arrive cool at your door unless UPS Overnight shipping is used. If a product arrives warm just put it in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives.The ice packs usually last for the first 2 days so a product gets minimal exposure to warmer temperatures. The warm temperature will NOT harm probiotics as long as it is not for long periods of time. (more then 4 to 5 days @ 100F)

IMPORTANT :  All incomplete orders or orders that are missing items must be reported to GI ProHealth within 14 Days of first Shipping Date. No Refunds or Credits will be given for items reported once the 14 days have lapsed. GI ProHealth will ship any missing items to the customer at no cost. 

NOTE: We do NOT guarantee that your shipment will arrive cold unless UPS OVERNIGHT shipping is used.
 
 
Canada Shipping Policy
 All orders shipped on Monday's only.  This is to ensure it arrives in a timely manner and does not sit in a shipping facility over the weekend. Orders received on Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday. GI ProHealth will  not be responsible for orders delayed by Customs procedures or any delays caused by the Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. GI ProHealth will not be responsible for any orders once they have been marked as delivered by the Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. Canada orders are shipped via USPS unless other arrangements are made. All Express orders  should arrive at your door within 5 business days. Delivery to some areas could be as long as 7 - 10 days.  Shipping via Fed Ex or UPS can be arraigned but the cost will be much greater. It is the duties of the Customer to check with local Customs on which products are allowed.  All taxes and/or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 European Shipping Policy

All orders shipped to arrive at your door in 5 to 7 business days unless other shipping options are preferred.
 
Probiotics orders to Europe are shipped on Monday, Tuesday only. This is to ensure it arrives in a timely manner and does not sit in a shipping facility or Customs over the weekend. Orders received on Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday. GI ProHealth will not be responsible for orders delayed by the shipping courier or Customs Agency or products confiscated by a Customs agency.GI ProHealth will not be responsible for any packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the Postal Service. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check with your local Customs Agency for laws on what products are allowed in your country and if any additional Customs forms such as ingredients and GMO forms or any other form needed other then the Postal Service shipping requirements. European orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive at your door within 5 to 7 business days even if 3 to 5 day is chosen. Some countries can take as long as 10 or more days depending on Customs and Postal clearances.   All taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Items:

Once we transfer GIPROHEALTH orders are into the selected shippers care they are responsible for delivering your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shown as delivered. With the exception of overnight and two day shipping.
